How long does it usually take for customers to receive their goodies once they've ordered them from Drift and Dune?

You have the option to shop and collect your items yourself, or choose delivery for an additional fee. Standard post typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer free delivery to customers located in the Sutherland Shire.

Are there any delivery fees, and how do they work for different orders or locations?

Delivery fees will be calculated according to Australia Post rates. These rates depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

What's the go if a customer isn't completely stoked with their purchase and wants to return or exchange it?

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, customers will be offered a refund or exchange on products that are faulty.

What should customers do if their beautiful new homewares or skincare arrive a bit dinged up or not quite right?
